Robb oversees are:
-The Lincoln Surgical Hospital, a multi-specialty surgical hospital performing over 9,000 surgeries per year.
-Eye Surgical Associates, a 10 provider physician's clinic serving southeast Nebraska.
-The Eye Group, an 18 provider management services organization for optometrists and ophthalmologists.
Robb has been in his current position since 1997.
Prior to becoming CEO of 70th Street Properties, Robb served as Director of Operations at Saint Elizabeth's Regional Medical Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. Before that he was a Management Consultant for Ernst and Young's St. Louis Healthcare Consulting Group, working for clients such as the Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic.
Robb holds a Masters Degree in Health Administration from the University of Missouri, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Nebraska Wesleyan University, and an Associates Degree of Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Currently is former National Board Member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA).
Robb and his wife Mary have 3 children, Andrew 16, Emily 14, and Turner 7. Mary's car has appropriate license plates "KID TAXI" as both Mary and Robb are involved in their children's activities.

Mr. Sveen received his nursing degree in 1977 from the University of South Dakota. He then received his BS in nurse anesthesia from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Prior to Lincoln Surgical Hospital Mr. Sveen worked at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center as a staff CRNA and later as Director of Anesthesia Services. He also worked as a freelance anesthesia provider throughout southeast Nebraska for over 15 years.
Since opening the Lincoln Surgery Center in 1994, Mr. Sveen has been involved in the evolution of the facility from a single specialty ASC, later to a multi-specialty ASC and eventually to a multi-specialty surgical specialty hospital. He has been involved in both concept and design at all stages of development.
Jay is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Opthalmic Anesthesia Society.
Jay has been married to his wife Melissa, a pediatric dentist, for over 31 years. They have 3 adult children.

In 2002, Ms. Lester received her law degree from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law. In 1995, she graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, after having completed the diploma program at BryanLGH College of Health Sciences, School of Nursing in 1994.
Prior to joining Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Ms. Lester was the Vice President of Human Resources for Jennie Edmundson Hospital, a Nebraska Methodist Health System affiliate, in Council Bluffs, IA. Ms. Lester's current position at the Lincoln Surgical Hospital is actually a return "home" for her, as she was the Director of Quality Improvement and Risk Management at the Lincoln Surgical Hospital from 2003 to 2007.
Ms. Lester is a member of The American Organization of Nurse Executives, The American College of Healthcare Executives and The Healthcare Financial Management Association

She currently serves as the Director of the SHRM Nebraska State Council and is a past President and current member of the Lincoln Human Resources Management Association. She is an active volunteer on the Lincoln Southeast High School Athletic Booster Club and Parent Teacher Organization, as well as Special Olympics and the Great Plains Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
Michele is originally from Wisconsin and now resides in Lincoln, Nebraska with her husband and children.

Prior to joining Lincoln Surgical Hospital Ms. Kleinhesselink was the Director of Quality Services for the Sioux Falls Surgical Center and Surgical Management Professionals in Sioux Falls SD. Having previously worked with the Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Ms. Kleinhesselink was excited to become a member of the Lincoln Surgical Hospital team.
Operating room experience has played a vital role in Ms. Kleinhesselink's firsthand knowledge of surgical services and quality improvement. Her expertise in quality Improvement resulted in being named the 2003 Quality Professional of the Year for the state of SD. Currently a surveyor for AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care), Ms. Kleinhesselink has designed and implemented Quality programs for Ambulatory Surgery Centers as well as Specialty Hospitals.
Ms. Kleinhesselink is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality, the Institute for Healthcare improvement and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology.
Ms. Kleinhesselink currently resides in Omaha with her husband Greg.

Prior to becoming CFO, Ms. Applegate worked in public accounting for more than 15 years serving in both the audit and tax departments of an international firm. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska -- Lincoln in 1986.
Ms. Applegate is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Ms. Applegate currently resides in Lincoln with her husband and two children.

Prior to her position at Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Ms. Monhollon served as a tax manager with Grant Thornton and BKD, both international accounting firms. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University.
Currently Ms. Monhollon is a member of the Wisconsin Physicians Service Medicare J5 Provider Outreach & Education Advisory Group for Nebraska and Iowa, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Ms. Monhollon currently resides in rural Lincoln with her husband and children.
