At Lincoln Surgical Hospital, we are proud of our mission to provide quality care to all our patients regardless of their ability to pay. We believe that no one should delay seeking needed medical care because they do not have insurance or are worried about their ability to pay for their care. That's why we have Financial Assistance available that provides free or discounted services to eligible patients.Who is Eligible?
Patients who are uninsured and do not qualify for government-sponsored insurance programs or patients with insurance but are unable to pay the portion of their bill that insurance does not cover. Patients with balances due to Lincoln Surgical Hospital of $500.00 or more are eligible to apply for financial assistance.How To Apply
We know that having surgery can be stressful both for the patient and his or her family; therefore, we try to make the application process as easy as possible.Download the Financial Assistance Application and instructions
The Patient Accounts Department will process the application and determine the benefit level (if any) based on the current Poverty Level Guidelines. There are four benefit levels (25%, 50%, 75% and 100% discount). The patient will be notified in writing of our decision.
