Security
The doors of the front entrance of the Hospital will be locked after 6:00 p.m. each night. A representative will be available to accept family or friends who will be returning to the Hospital after 6:00 p.m. and will direct them to your room/recovery area.
Non Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in any part of Lincoln Surgical Hospital. If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside the Hospital in designated areas away from entrances and doorways.
Staff Identification
Every staff member is required to wear identification badges that include their photograph, name and department/title.
Latex Balloons
Lincoln Surgical Hospital has a latex-safe environment policy for the safety of our patients, staff and visitors. Because of the potential allergy problems strongly associated with latex balloons, we require alternatives such as Mylar balloons, to be used.
